POSITION SUMMARY

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily office operations and ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This role manages administrative functions and provides support to operations teams, ensuring efficient workflow across departments. The position supervises administrative staff, supports project and financial processes, and maintains compliance, organization, and communication across the business.

Responsibilities

The following represents the primary duties and responsibilities of this position. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

 

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative activities, ensuring efficiency, organization, and accuracy.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office and facility matters for the NW Power Team.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, workspace readiness, supplies, equipment, and vendor access as needed.
  • Partner with Safety and Operations teams to support compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Manage purchasing processes including purchase orders, invoices, and expense tracking.
  • Support project operations including job setup, billing, documentation, and closeout processes.
  • Coordinate payroll reporting, time tracking, and HR-related administrative updates.
  • Manage accounts receivable tracking, billing status, and collections support.
  • Support adherence to office safety procedures and workplace expectations among employees, visitors, and contractors.
  • Develop and improve office processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Support communication and coordination between employees, visitors, field personnel, leadership, and corporate support functions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of office management, administrative, or operations support experience.
  • Experience supporting project-based or construction environments preferred.
  • Experience supervising staff or coordinating team activities preferred.
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.

 

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and business systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

 

Salary Range: $69,000/yr to $103,000/yr (will be dependent upon level of experience)
